Jury There can be no necessity of appealing to a
Jury from a judgment of acquittal
given by one Judge and confirmed after two
different hearings by two successive Judges. There
is no occasion to give can be no necessity in committing to an

who suppose take for granted that men of
this description can only err on the side of lonely are liable to no error but what is ion the side of lonely
