Const. Code
Add the of giving to the State Judicial power
In the case of any legislation arrangement, on the
supposition of its being an unapt one — an arrangement made in by
error — an instructive and thence correspondingly useful as well as interesting
subject matter for ulterior inquiry is — in what circumstances or
combination of circumstances the error had its origin and
efficient cause: useful namely that that against the prepossession prejudice in
favour of any every thing which is established, any presumption in of
inaptitude that may happen to be afforded by its origin may be
set in in the balance set as in a balance.
Erroneous or correct, Ffrom the form of government that has place in the
mother country — the Nursing Mother of these States in their
infancy came the conception of this arrangement, naturally enough. — The arrangements
in In this region of so highly hi improved government the arrangements
that still have place have, with very few exceptions had their origin
in the corresponding arrangements that have place in the
parent state.
