S. 13 Checksunderlined text Ministers Checks

Art.1. Every Minister is dislocable by the Prime Minister,
. his Subordinates: namely by the Prime Minister
Registration, and Constitutive authority as per S.10

Art 2. by the Legislation

Art 3.by the Constative authority, proceeding
as in the case of the Prime Minister

Art.2. In the instance of a Minister, as in that
of any other functionary person, on suspicion of inaptitude misconduct in any
shape, it with every member of the Public Opinion Tribunal,
through the medium of the press, and in particular
of the periodical press, to put questions to him or any other person in relation
it will thereupon run with the person <add>or personsso questioned

therecounts: what, if any, answer to give, it will rest with the parties so questioned, to and, according to the nature
of the case, the Public Opinion Tribunal, and eventually the Prime
