| and some others by that of the other. But as to the species<lb/>

| of evil this is all the distinction we shall be able to make<lb/>

| out; for there is not any evil which the exertion of one of these<lb/>

| Forces may bring upon a man but <del>what</del><add>which</add> may also be brought<lb/>

| torments, for instance, that can be invented by a<lb/>

| political magistrate, and the most unlikely for a man to be<lb/>

| It may be for want of some evidence that an individual<lb/>

| might furnish, and from ill will forbears to furnish, that<lb/>

| I may have been doomed to these torments by a Judge, or<lb/>
