Matters for Award
the said Dean and Chapter and for what
term or terms and on what conditions to
and to the benefit of either and which either or both of the said two other
parties respectively United Parishes and
the said Rector of StJohn's respectively. And
moreover untill such purchase money can be laid
out in the purchase of Lands or Tenements for the benefit
of the party or parties intitled thereunto on <add> the purchase of</add>what Government
securities <add>stock</add>securities stock the same shall be invested in the mean time and in what
manner the dividends
upon the said Stock
as they become due
shall be apportioned
amongst the said
parties
to And as moreover as touching the said
Lot B hereby intended to be allotted to the
said Dean and Chapter for the benefit of
the said Scholars whether any and what
satisfaction shall be made at the expence
of the said Dean and Chapter to the said
United Parishes in respect of their interest
in the said Waste and whether any and
what satisfaction shall be made by the said
Dean and Chapter to the said Rector of St
John's in respect of his interest as Tythe
owner of the said Waste

therefrom and setting out so much thereof as shall be requisite for the site of
a new Poor House in the thereon to be built in
the room of the said existing Poor House in manner herein before and called
after mentioned the Five Chimneys saving also the right of the said
Rector of St Johns as Tithe-owner in respect of
such part of the said Lot C as lies within the precincts
of the said Parish of St John what part thereof shall whether
