shall be allotted as site for the said Poor-
House And as to the remainder thereof what
portion whether any and what part portion of
the small portion thereof situate within the said PArish of
St John shall be allotted in kind to the said
Rector of the said Parish in his quality of
Owner of the Tithe of the said Parish or if none
live thereof And in either case in what proportion
the residue of the said Lot or the value
thereof shall be divided between the
said Dean and Chapter on the one part and
the said united Parishes on the other part
and whether one part thereof the a part thereof
correspondentproportioned to the interest of the said Parishes
in the said Waste shall be allotted in few
separate ownership to the use of the said Parishes in for,or whether
the value of such th interest whole
thereof shall be allotted to the said Dean and
Chapter in fee on condition that the whole
or some and what part or parts thereof shall
be granted out by the said Dean and Chapter
and for what term or terms and on what
conditions to and for the the benefit of the said
United Parishes [+] and as touching the interest [+] and the said
Rector of St John's
or one and which
of them respectively
of the said Rector of St Johns as Tithe owner
