Investment of
purchase and
compensation
monies in the
names of Trustees

And it be further enacted that whatever
monies shall be awarded to be paid out
of the consideration money so to be paid
into the Bank of England as aforesaid for
the said Lot A or to be paid on any other account
wh of the said several accounts abovementioned
or to the use - and benefit any of the said three three parties
interested in the said Waste or any of them
shall be laid out in the purchase of Lands
or Tenements to the use and for the benefit of the said parties
respectively: the charges of conveyance in respect
of such purchases to be born by such + See 34 Geo. 3.ch.84 SS5.
the said Feoffee or Feoffees: and in the mean
time and till such purchases can respectively
be made, such moneys shall be laid out
in some Government securities in the names
of three or four persons as Trustees, to be
appointed in manner following, that is to
say:
