Execution inform
§ 22
Chancery to
enforce the execution
of this
Act in respect
to the rebuilding
of the Poor
House &c

And be it further enacted that so soon
as notina site the ground shall have been
marked out for the said intended new
Poor House by the said Commissioners or Arbitrators according to the direction of
that Act and an Award and Mass
or Survey description of such site the same shall have been
signed by the said Commissioners or Arbitrators
the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall
proceed with all due diligence to build for the building
the said Poor House and fence the
several plots of ground appurtenances thereof thereto to be annexed:
and if it should appear at any person
or persons that such Feoffee or Feoffees
should be dissatisfied with the conduct
of the said Feoffee or Feoffees on that behalf
either in respect of want of due diligence
or otherwise it shall and may be lawful to and for it shall and such
person or persons to make application may proceed thereupon
in the way of Petition to the said High
Court of Chancery [+] whereupon the said court which shall take such an application
made as aforesaid
by any person or
so dissatisfied, to
order thereupon as well in respect of costs
as upon the merits matter of such Petition
application as to the said High Court in its discretion
shall seem meet, and in like manner the
