Power of Entry
And be it further enacted that it shall
and may be lawful to and for suchthe Feoffee
and or Feoffees in the said Act mentioned to
pay into the Bank of england in the manner
directed by the said Act such purchase money
for any land to be purchased under his present
or the said Act as he or they should think a fit he or they shall think
in his or their judgement shall then be a fit
and reasonable price for the same: and if
the Owner of Proprietor Owners or Proprietors in
the Lord of any Manor shall not
the person party or parties any of the parties by whom the conveyance
ought to be made shall refuse to accept the
said price or forwithin a period of twenty one
days next after notice in writing of such payment
shall not have made known to such Feoffee or Feoffees his or shall have omitted to declare their acceptance
of such price, then and in such cases respectively
the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall cause
the value of the interest such land to be
inqu ascertained by a Jury in manner as
directed by the said Act. And upon
such receipt for such refusal or expr payment
made as aforesaid of the purchase money so found<add>ascertained</add>
