<p>True it is that <gap/> <add>such</add> to the wording of this same<lb/>
Section &sect; 73 no such course can the case take, unless<lb/>
it be "with the consent of both parties".</p>
<p>But <del>here comes</del> <add>in this same <del><gap/></del> Section lies hostile</add> a lesson in no small degree<lb/>
instructive.  In it may be seen the opinion <add>given by</add> of one learned<lb/>
draughtsman on the mental qualities of the several sorts<lb/>
of persons concerned:  of the <del>intellectual</del> <add>moral</add> qualities of learned<lb/>
gentlemen of all sorts and sizes, official and professional:  of<lb/>
the intellectual qualities of <del>the</del> <add>individuals in the character of</add> suitors <add>and Clients</add> in the Counties of Kent-Durham<lb/>
and Northumberland.</p>
