(1 Efficient Course of

of rights, all matter reducible
under this head
☞ By anticipations, the case is supposed to be as follows: whether
it is or no will all along in the course of the work, be a
subject matter for consideration.
A Benefit — may be enjoyed<lb?>without — or only with thro' intervention
of Judge — if an
efficient cause of right has
occurred in my favor — & non
of cessation of right. Every
thing in Civil Code except procedure,
hinderance or other of
those heads.
This benefit — be it what it may — is it or is it not in my
power to enjoy it? this in the first place which is the late case for me) without need of
recurrence to the Judge: in the next place, with by though not
without otherwise than by recurrence to the Judge. Now then w Whatsoever be
the benefit, and whatsoever the time in question, in one or
other of these cases with relation to the subject matter in question
