8. Forgery - Observation.

and occasion.

forgery of a single instrument unsusceptible of multi aplication

fabricated; such as a seal or stamp. This latter forgery
gives room for an indefinite multitude of repeated forgeries.

3. What difference, if any, there might be in each case
as to the demand for punishment between the forgery of a
deed formally executed and the forgery of any other informal
writing or other instrument. A deed is more relied on: and more likely to have an influence upon property. But if the effect is the same, there is no difference .

4. What difference there might be, if any, between the
forgery of an instrument purporting to be an original, and
that of an instrument purporting to be a Copy. None, if the effect be the same -
