Ch. XIV Immediate Judges Immediate Deputes permanent.
§.1. Fields of service.
Enactive Art. 1. Of a Judge Depute in an Immediate Judicatory the local field of service is the same as that of the Judge Principal.
Thus in an Immediate, so in an Appellate Judicatory.
