When a suit is decided it may be either in favor of the plaintiff or of the defendant. If in favor of the plaintiff the suit is terminated by execution - by the application of the appropriate remedy, if in favor of the defendant the suit is terminated by dismissal . | |||
Dismissal can have place at any stage of the suit execution only when it has been carried through every stage. | |||
