not to be allowed of by the law: the difference
between that and what the law allows of is an
excess that ought not to be suffered to continue. Composition
if allowed of might also afford facilit facility
to mere extortion where there was no delinquency.

Remedy — charge open to every one Collusion is protected by the law, if from
the beginning to the end of the suit everybody
whatever who suspects such practices it is not at liberty to
state interfere for the purpose of preventing it.
It is a necessary part of the open system, that That the charge of collusion like any other should be open to every
body.
