Scotch Reform. Delay and Complication Table

Uses of this table

1. To institute the Use

1. Where the delay that
in the instance of this
or that individual suit,
actually later on this or that individual
occasion, is
justifiable, being grounded
on just causes
and considerations,
to this Table will
serve for the suffi to
justifythe as well the
system of procedure
and the Judge, by Thus
