such Oath or Affirmation to the said Person or Persons respectively And
further that every Person committing Perjury or forswearing himself or
herself on any such examination shall be liable to all the Penalties of
wilful and corrupt Perjury or forswearing in the same manner as if
such Perjury or forswearing had been committed in a Court of Record
on the Matter in Issue between the Parties to a Cause in that Court —

said Parties or any other Person shall be dissatisfied with the Award
to be made by the said commissioners or with any proceeding on the

said High Court in its Discretion And that the Persons to whom
such Commission shall from time to time be directed shall from the
time of Sealing such Commission be Commissioners or Arbitrators
for carrying into Effect all the Powers and Provisions of this Act
And that in case any such Application shall appear to the
said Court to be frivolous or unnecessary or intended only for the
purpose of Vexation or Delay the said Court may order the Costs of the
