Review of Humphreys

D 2
H. ,lb/>(20 (2 Involvedness produces
ungrammaticalness

While that which they write is thus unintelligible, even to
their learned selves can it really be their expectation
that it should be understood by the unlearned lay gents?
On the contrary they wo much disappointed would they be if it were,
seeing as they see that the more unintelligible it is, the surer
they are of being paid, and the more highly will they be paid,
for pretending to understand it.

And so it will continue unless and untill with
one resistless storm voice of merited indignation the good people
arise and cry the more of you !

And thus it is that it with the help of his learned
penner Mr Peel has succeeded in making the lovers of reform
take a confirmation an establishment of the of packing Juries for an abolition
of it
