gatt, esq. and nine other trustees. : | In the matter of Adam Mort's Charity;

Trustees were appointed of this charity by
indenture dated 2d October 1816, but only
three of them executed the deed, the others
refused to accept the trust; for the due man-
agament of the charity, it became necessary
that the trust should be filled up; to obtain
the requisite directions for this purpose, this
petition was presented.

Kenyon, Thomas Sutton, Mort Frog-
gatt, esq. and nine other trustees. : | In the matter of Thomas Mort's
Charity;

Similar circumstances as in the foregoing case occasioned a similar application; and it
having been suggested that the charity pro-
perty, which consists in part of the moiety of the
great tithes of the township of Astley, were
under compositions at less than the fair value,
an inquiry was asked on that subject.

19th Report, p.135.
| - - - - - 4. | - - - - - - - : | In the matter of Mary Ramsden's
Charity;

The funds of this charity were originally in-
vested in £.471. 13. 1. Bank 3 per cent An-
nuities, in the names of three trusties, of whom
the late James Stovin, esq. was the survivor.
After his death in 1801, his executors divided
this sum of stock, under the provisions of his
will, amongst his seven younger children.
Upon application being made, under the At-
torney General's directions, a correspondence
was entered into, and finally the family of
Mr. Stovin consented to restore the charity
fund, and to pay six years arrears of interest
thereon into court. To enable them to do
this, and for the settlement of a scheme for
the regulation of the charity this petition was
presented.

19th Report, p.594.
