Disastrous indeed to me was that day on which I beheld
in the engagements taken by his Majestys Minister Government, a ground of confidence
whose use it remains to be seen whether in the Act of Parliament the word liberal
was meant for any other purpose had any other view than that of producing on the
part of the public a persuasion that th in the proceedings of Government the law of justice was not wholly held
altogether in disregard

S Under this pressure, affliction it will not be wondered at scarcely be worth of wonder
if I am should be found a cause of wonder nor I hope of disapprobation, that I should
be found anxious to look out for whatsoever exercises particulars
in the history of the business afford present themselves
as affording operating in any degree the means as serving of consolation

the Hulk price. So long ago as Jany 1791 the 10th Feby 1792, in my first address first detailed/accepted to

subject to Mr Pitt I expressed my hope, that in the event of my supposing the offer in
offer not obtaining question not to obtain acceptance, it might still be not
altogether without its use with relation to the public service
