IX Friendly Guardianship

Art. 28. If any communication which under these that
may be made under by through the medium of the P either
the General or the Penny Post as aforesaid be made by
Special Messenger or in any other manner in which
the same shall be attended with expence, such expence
shall not be allowed in costs: to wit neither between
party and party, nor between Client and Attorney.

And for the further accommodation of such
Friendly Guardians and their Wards as may chance
to be rendered in any part of this Kingdom remote
from the Metropolis Be it enacted that upon as

and his Petition profferred by any such Ward and
assented to by his said Guardian the Governor
may transmitt to the Postmaster of any Town
or Towns in such Petitioners inducted for this purpose
as well the Bond entered into by such Friendly
Guardian as aforesaid.

require will or may require to be renewed may
through the medium of the General Post be renewed
