By a Contract unless by accident as such no services are
promised to be rendered by any person but the contracting
party: unless he except in as far as the like service at the hands
of person bearing a certain relating to him such as Assignees
and here are included in the promise. A conveyance
can not have its intended effect any further than as it procures
the services of all persons who are not particularly
excepted: in particular namely all those negative services by the rendering
of which a man is enabled to enjoy without undertaken
to property so conveyed. But these services are
with the exception of the conveyer and than bearing a
certain relation to him these services were are no other
than what at the time of the conveyance furnish were already due.
