Panopticon Narrative

so done to report and certify to the said Jeremy Bentham
as aforesaid, whether in the whole series of such Reports there be
2 – whether in the whole series of Treasury Reports or papers
intitled respectively intitled "Proceedings" or "Further Proceedings" "of
"the Lords Commissioners of his Majesty's Treasury
"&c respecting the matters stated in the Reports
"of the Committee of Finance &c then by any
other instance any, and if any, what other instance or instances (supposing them
not too numerous – though I believe⊞ ⊞ from an examination already made, it is supposed believed not any whatever
will be found) in which a document is extant
without the signature of at least some one certain person
to authenticate it? – always excepting only the class
of cases cases above excepted with case, where the document
is and is intituled – "Copy of a Treasury Minute"
of the Board meaning the Copy of a Minute
of the proceedings of the Board of Treasury.
