Judges assessment
by vexation saving
estimate
Art. In and for the purpose of assessment made
of a imposed, the Judge will proceed on conjecture,
or say vexation-saving estimate. In so doing the<d/el> after putting
such questions as to appear appropriate, declare his
opinion formed for this purpose concerning the station occupied by the party in the scale of
Affluence, ascribing to him stating his means of subsistence as drawn derived form
ordinary day labour, handicraftmanship, art, profit profession or property
stating it at so much per year, or so much per week. He will
