§. Sources of division

Sources of distinction and division in regard to Offences
are the following

1. Seat of the disorder The quarter of vulnerable part of the body natural
or politic affected

2. Division Section Extent of the disorder from this source is into 1. Private offences
2. Semi public Offences. 3. Public Offences. See
Ch. Aggravations

Subsection in regard to Private offences: the result
of it is composed of

1. Offences against affecting person. 2. Offences affecting
reputation. 3. Offences affecting property. 6. Offences affecting
person and reputation together. 7. Offences affecting person
and property together. 8. Offences affecting condition in
life. 9. Offences affecting miscellaneous rights. 19. Offences
affecting miscellaneous obligations.
