Thus in the endeavour to prevent contradiction on
the occasion and in the curse of the occupation carried on in
the M manufactory of Malt [in the Malsian trade] it requires
certain formalities to be observed — certain correspondent
regulation to be conformed: this being supposed
every instance of non conformity will be considered as
evidence of a design, and as actually a proposition, or else
