Ch. Of the rule of the Judiciary Judges and other functionaries belonging
to the Judiciary
Art. In every District there is a Judge Judicatory of appellate Sub District, Bis sub District there is an immediate
Jurisdiction Judicatory constituted by a single Judge. Judges, no more than one.
Art. 2. Su In every District Sub-District there is a an Appellate Judicatory of immediate
