Ill effect Of Longwindedness
1. By the fatigue
with which it oppresses
the writer himself as well as
the reader, under
the impossibility of

place it forces him
on through the series
of words, and particularly
of appellatives
without allowing him
time sufficient to examine
into and adjust
their several relations.
