Constitution Code or Procedure. I. Enactive Part

Books or Agent book – 2. book book

Art. For recordation of past, and thereby prevention
of otherwise future instances falshoods of falshood as above
will be kept three Register Books: namely The mendacity
Book. 2. The Insincerity Book. 3. the Rash Assertion
Book. In those Books respectively will be entered such
moments of the off misdeeds in question with the names of those respective
authors.

Art. 6. Examples of the heads under which the matter of
the abstract of the record may in each individual case be inserted
Art. 6. Of the headings under matter of indication shall be given of each
such case
are the following
1. Year month and day
2. Name of the suit – the principal suit
3. Names, age, birth place, occupation of the misdoer
4. His or her relation to the suit party pursing party defendant, or extraneous witness: if extraneous witness at whose instance
testifying.
5. His or her assistant or substitution prof if any and whether
professional or non-professional
6. Occasion on which the assertion to which falsity is ascribed imputed
cause to be uttered the question, if any by who put
7. Tenor, that is to say words of the question if any; name
of the parties by whom it is stated that that was the words
8. Tenor that is to say words of the answer or other
testimony to which the falsity is imputed
9. Person by whom the imputation of falsity in the shape
in question was first cast upon applied to the discourse: for example
whether party on the pursuers side assistant or
substitute of the party on the assistant pursuers side – the
like on the Defendant's side, or the Judge himself.
