§. Elicitation – how
Enactive
Art. 1. Included in or annext to the Interrogative
Examination instrument will be all such information
as in the judgement opinion of the Judge is necessary or
conducive to the enabling the Examinee to give to his testimony
the desirable qualities.
Art. 2. In the information so furnished will be included
so far as necessary the matter of the record: to wit either
in the very words of it by means of a manifold exemplar
or in substance, n the way of abridgment, as the nature of
the individual case may appear to require: consideration
had on the one hand of correctness of extraction on the
one hand, and of delay and expence on the other.
