Procedure Code
If the case be such that no wrong evil already produced committed
is imputed contemplated to the party at whose charge the

future contingent wrong is contemplated, and the
suit has for its object the object of the suit is the prevention of it the suit may

a security-promoting seeking suit.

and endeavoured at is that which in the production of
which supposing it produced a positive act would will have been employed
the sort of command ordinance by which the evil has been sought
to be averted by the substantive law inhibitive stiled also the is of the positive cast
and in one word justive, so also the a judicial mandate
eventually issued in conformity to such legislative command.
If the evil be that in the production of which
supposing it produced a negative act would have been
employed, the sort of command ordinance by which the evil has
been sought to be averted by the substantive law is of the
negative justive kind: so also the judicial mandate.
