Procedure Code

Art. 11. If In so far as he proceeds by an Attendance requiring
Mandate or say an Accersition Mandate, he will either insert
or omitt a proxy allowing clause. Such clause is of course
applicable not to the case of a witness, but only to the case of a Defendant or Pursuer.

Art. 12 For the same hearing next after such he
will in most regular course plainly speaking, require the attendance of the Defendant
or if there be Defendants more than one, of such Defendants one or
more with or without that of any other interestee or
interestees of the several denominations one or more or all.

Art. 13 If for the then next hearing, the Defendant
or the defendants more one or more of them remain
it will be for some special reason as per Ch. Ground
Rules. §. 1 Conduct of the Judge.

Art. 14 If for such next meeting the attendance
of the application or of ap the applicants one or more be required
it will be by an Attendance requiring mandate, in
which mention will be made of the preceding attendance, and
so in case of any number of successive attendances.

Art. 15 So likewise in the case of an extraneous
witnesses one or more, if in the original application any
such person or persons comes in company with the applicant.
