will be the degree of simplification given to the matter
of the Procedure Code. It would shrink to a skeleton.
None had they for this any regard for those objects nor had they any
other than modes than depredation in the shape of lawyers profit.

All fixation of sums either for compensation
or for punishment or for compensaion is adverse to utterly irreconciliable to the ends of
justice.
