Under the existing system. one man boast is the independence

be despotism, and abtive that al check is applied to
misconduct is applied not by independence, butby dependence

is looked to for euthanasia by some in the Spanish, by others in the American
mode: of deaths that surely is the best mode which is the

have are entitled to preference the interest of the vast aggregate body of the
subject many may still perhaps be regarded as not altogether without a
claim to notice.

Warmed by prudence, indigtion has ever and anon sought
relief in pleasantry. Proposition such as will have be seen there which follows could not
have received existence, had the comfort and misery of so many
millions been matters of indifference.
