Other judicial cases put
down from the Legislature
to the Judicial authority
2. For similar reasons [with correspondent advantage] causes and which are in their
nature judicial might and with correspondent advantage the decision being on each occasion confined in its operation
to an individual case be sent down from the Legislature to the judicial authority
if organize and with correspondent advantage supposing
that authority organized as above: the habit judicial
territory in which the witness has his residence being that
in which his evidence is elicited. By this means in a
case in which for giving to the its appropriate ground
a view <add>Instances of this nature are the following perception of this subject matter is necessary to the Jury,
that perception may be obtained almost without expence, and
thence in every instance in which it can be subservient to justice
