Of Accessory Offences
1 provision to the following effect of which the following
particular case may serve as an example.
In an attempt to rob, where the offender
demands something certain, he shall suffer as if he
had taken what he demanded. Thus, if it was your
money he demanded on the road, he shall suffer
as if he had taken all the money you had about
you.
But if he attacked you makes his attack without demanding
any thing, he shall be punished as if he
