The Makers and Ministers Interpreters of the Law have holden that the
Workman who without sufficient warning given lets fall a
stone which kills a Passenger in the way is guilty to be holden guilty either of
Manslaughter of his blood or Murder. It were well would they remember keep in mind
this case, and apply it to their own - The Law Final is
a perpetual Milstone hung over the heads of Men: and
no sufficient warning have yet been given methods have yet been taken to warn them

Impatient and enraged, they summon up their last desparate
