may itself be divided cause distinctions taken from the several
circumstances 1st of Place as Specification as Hats
Brocade Cloths or more particularly Broad-Cloths or
Narrow Clouths — 2d of Place. As Kidderminster,
Colchester.

Any of these topics Heads of Division Distribution may determine the
unity of a Code, & constitute a distinct center Basis of
aggregation.

The date of the first Enactment being specified in each Code
when any alteration comes to be made in it, the part
which is added or subtracted may be printed in Italics
in the New Copy, with the date of the year when alter'd
in the margin. This will point out at once, & draw
the attention of the People to, that part which is new:
andat the same time that it will confine their attention to
& save them from the apprehending the additional burthen to upon their
memories to be more than it is in reality: it is: If a second
alteration comes to be made, the date being annext as before that which was before in Italics
may now be thrown printed in the same Letter with the rest: the Cus
alteration alone being marked by the Typographical distinction.
If any Article should be omitted repealed without any other being substituted it may be omitted
in the new promulgation, proper notice being given of such are in the
