(and in consequence finally disauthenticated) under the apprehension of their being not so that they were not so.

In order to make it as near as may be a matter of indifference in point of pecuniary Interest to the Readers
whether the Collection were published speedily or otherwise, so that they may be
left free to use that degree of expedition which their judgement embrassed by
