which of the two masses of trouble would be the greater
that of making the provision in question Forborne Interest — — its probable and that
of receiving the interest at the one Office would

operates as a reason for adapting rendering the composition
of the series of notes as much favourable as possible to
the purpose for affording interest in the way of simple
as above described without the necessity of
coming upon Government for the payment of it: that
is , to render the gradation of the server more regular
and the terms or degrees in it more numerous ; than
might otherwise be necessary or advisable . the more compleat
the series of Notes , the greater the chance it has of
meeting with the demand of each individual with
reference to this purpose .
