Dear Romilly
I write this to beg a favour of an answer to
a query which I imagine I should not have had
my mind to trouble you with had I not been at
a distance from my law - books, and which it is simple
that I hope more than tow lines will not be necessary
to the affording an answer to it.

I am in the condition of an Accountant to the Audit
Office in request of £2,000 received Ao 1794 on
account of Panopticon.</P.
