for this purpose might bear some such name as that of the Police Gazette: and
being printed on Government account, and every
thing else that goes by comes under the name of news being carefully
excluded from it, the circulation of it, howsoever
copious, soever, could not be attended with any prejudice to the
measure. It is obvious upon the bare mention that

hand, in order to receive it with the other, would instead
