W. to the Governor of the<lb/>General Panopticon Penitentiary House at the<lb/>Metasylum in __________ to surrender —</p><p>And Whereas, being for the purpose of such<lb/><note>13<lb/>Apprehensive of<lb/>Escape</note><lb/>surrender about to set out either in person or by some<lb/>fit Agent on his journey as aforesaid, he is<lb/>apprehensive lest in the course thereof the said A. W.<lb/>should be tempted to escape, as by the Examination<lb/>and Complaint of the said F. G. hereunto<lb/>annexed</p> | ||
