The said Governor may thereupon also <sic>transmitt</sic> to<lb/>the Post Master of the Town indicated by the said Ward<lb/>a like instrument of Assignment executed by him the said<lb/>Governor, as also a like Instruction relative to the delivery<lb/>of such Assignment to the said Ward.<lb/><lb/>5. Such Instructions as aforesaid being respectively ac-<lb/>-cording to the Forms marked [F. 12. & F. 13.] the Post-<lb/>-Master to whom the same is directed shall conform<lb/>to the same: for the doing whereof he may take of<lb/>such Guardian and such Ward respectively as a fee for<lb/>the delivery of every such instrument of Assignment<lb/>6<hi rend="superscript">d</hi>: and for the attestation & retransmission of such<lb/>Bond 6<hi rend="superscript">d</hi>: and no more: and moreover if he shall have<lb/>received from the said Governor a proper blank certificate<lb/>declarative of such Act of delivery which Certificate may be<lb/>according to the Form marked [F. 1A.] shall according to<lb/>the truth of the case fill up such Certificate and shall re-<lb/>-<sic>transmitt</sic> the same signed by him to the said Govern-<lb/>-or at the said Penitentiary-House.<lb/><lb/><note>23<lb/>Forms for the instru-<lb/>-ments mentioned in this<lb/>Section --</note><lb/>Art. 23.
