The said Governor may thereupon also <sic>transmitt</sic> to<lb/>the Post Master of the Town indicated by the said Ward<lb/>a like instrument of Assignment executed by him the said<lb/>Governor, as also a like Instruction relative to the delivery<lb/>of such Assignment to the said Ward.</p> | |||
