<p>Art.5. For the better securing the impartiality and<lb/> reputation of impartiality of such verdict, and for the<lb/> ease of the conscience of the Jurors the Sheriff is hereby<lb/> instructed and required to avoid putting upon the panel<lb/> any such persons as from his own knowledge or<lb/> otherwise may appear to him either by reason of tenancy<lb/> or vicinity of abode or otherwise liable to stand<lb/> affected otherwise than indifferently toward any of the<lb/> said parties interested, or towards the institution of<lb/> the said intended Establishment.</p>

For the better and more precise direction of<lb/> the said Jury a Charge shall be given them by the Sheriff<lb/> in writing according ot the Form marked [B.3.]<lb/> and their verdict signed by their names shall be given<lb/> by fulling up the blank contained in the Form<lb/> marked [B.4.]</p>

Instructions as to the
striking of the Jury.

Art.5. For the better securing the impartiality and
