<p>Dear Sam,<lb/>
The Description you gave us of the Situation of the House you<lb/>
propose for us for our Habitation, tho' it seems to be Hobson's<lb/>
Choice, induces us to think of making it our Tent there, if<lb/>
upon a view of it we find it possible to dispense with the<lb/>
narrow Conveniences it affords, and for that purpose, we<lb/>
intend being at Chatham on Whitsunday, where our Scheme<lb/>
is to take a late Dinner at the Hill House, &amp; from thence<lb/>
to pay a Visit to Mr Gray - and the next day to &#x2014;<lb/>
reconnoitre the Premises. and in case we find it will<lb/>
be likely to be agreable, we shall probably be down again<lb/>
sometime the middle of July in order to continue there<lb/>
