P.<lb/>Penitentiary Man</p><p>I<lb/>Here state the nature of the evidence which it is supposed the intended Examinant<lb/>may be able to give and the grounds for supposing him able so to do.</p><p>II<lb/>Questions humbly submitted as proper to be put to the said intended Examinant.<lb/>Question 1.<lb/>Question 2. etc.</p><p>With any such other proper Questions as his answers to the Questions aforesaid may<lb/>suggest, and any other questions whatsoever which to the Examining Magistrate may appear<lb/>proper to be put, and calculated to obtain true and material information relative to the case.</p><p><head>[F]</head><lb/>Answer of the Clerk of the Peace to the Overseers aforesaid.</p><p>From the Sessions House at [<add>Town</add>] this _____ day of [<add>Month Year</add>]<lb/>[to wit] To A. O. of etc according to the directions<lb/>Or To B. O. of etc given by them as above.</p><p>Gentlemen</p><p>This is to inform you by Order of the Court that your packet dated the<lb/>_____ day of [<add>Month Year</add>] and to me directed in order that the same might by me<lb/>be presented to the Court was on the _____ day of [<add>Month Year</add>] by me accordingly<lb/>received: and therein your several <sic>inclosures</sic> respectively marked A. B. C. D. E. and<lb/>F.</p><p>In answer thereto I am to inform you that in pursuance of an Order of the said<lb/>Court the Papers marked B. C.
