S.4. Grad of Judicatores . their Grades. Art. Judicatory and Judicatory
will be in a particular manner directed to the preservation of
uniformity and symmetry decision and practice as will
in mattersin the field belonging to the branch as in mattersin the field of
belonging to the substantive b of the law

Art. 1 In every SubDistrict [or Business District][or District]
as an Immediate Juicatory with a correspondent Judicatory
Establishment, as ab above

Art.2. In every DIstrict as an Appellate Judicatory
with its Judicial Establishment,as above.

Note II

II To Bis-Subdistrict, or Tris-Subdistrict. Whether Immediate Judicatories
