S. 17 Beneficent advice information function

§. Beneficent advice information function

Art. 1. In the exercise of this function, on application
made to him, he affords beneficent and useful useful information and advice, on
various occasions, to the otherwise helpless in so far as
the means in his power extend, and his employment time admitts.

Art. 2.
of these occasions examples are as follows

course, if any, he will have may take the most probable
chance for the obtaining of it.

the decease of a relative, money is become due to him
from government, and his wish is know in what manner
to make application for it and proof. for it.
